The pool areas very dangerous for smaller kids, there was a lot of teenagers running around and jumping into the water all the time. The life guards didn't do anything about it. My daughter got kicked couples of times in the face. The receptionist at the spa very rude, insisting that in France should only french be used and insulting people in front of clients. If people that don't speak French are not welcome then this should clearly stay at the websites instead of insulting foreigners.

We have been staying annually (Except Covid times) for many years. You have lost your focus on touring guests: 1. The lack of fresh water provision is terrible, only 1 tap to cover all pitches, 2. Many shower stalks are missing any provision to hang up clothes as hooks are vanished. 3. The supply of water showers using air to increase apparent pressure/volume simply does not work and in many stalls requires serious adjustment. One cannot shower in air alone! 4. During our 7 night stay the Sanitaires were without water twice and without power & lighting once 5. Pitches are becoming ever smaller due to the lack of care of hedges/plants. 6. Overloud animations continuing until 11 pm??!!!

Nice campsite but the animation team only spoke in French and this made it impossible to participate

Do not visit this site if you do not have children. The location is ok but not a walking distance to anywhere, it is a drive to the towns. The staff working there are very young and quite unhelpful. The showers were not clean. There was a urine smell around the campsite which must have been people emptying their toilet waste because the waste facility was clear to be seen. The pool areas are fabulous though. The site caters very much for children. As a couple from the uk travelling together it was a wrong choice for us unfortunately.

Our stay was very nice on your campsite. We enoyed our stay very much. An improvememt could be, the loudness of the animation turning down a bit.

I booked for a twin axle without motor mover and was told we couldn’t choose a pitch. The pitch we were allocated was so hard to access it took 4 hours to manoeuvre the caravan in as our hybrid car couldn’t reverse it without overheating as the entrance was so steep and round a bend with huge rocks either side. On walking round the site we found many pitches which were on flat ground with no rocks and trees. The allocation of pitches was not very considerate for us. Also we noticed most people had paddle boards on their pitch but when accessing the lake area everyone converges to play ball in the small area near base nautique and they pull the sun loungers near the waters edge. Sometimes you would come back from a hard days paddling only to find nowhere to get off the water. A reserved area to go in and out the water in paddle boards would be very much appreciated. The shower rooms we also could not use as they were aged and yellowed and both times I tried the showers smelt of urine and as the bad if the showers are yellowing it was very off putting so we had to use our caravan shower only. Toilets also had no seats so my daughters wouldn’t use them.
