The pool areas very dangerous for smaller kids, there was a lot of teenagers running around and jumping into the water all the time. The life guards didn't do anything about it. My daughter got kicked couples of times in the face. The receptionist at the spa very rude, insisting that in France should only french be used and insulting people in front of clients. If people that don't speak French are not welcome then this should clearly stay at the websites instead of insulting foreigners.

Great camping! We had a great time together with our children. The swimmingpool was super!! Unfortunately was the animation only in France. The toilets were bad. 3 toilets for two streets is not enough. They were constantly occupied and dirty.

Do not visit this site if you do not have children. The location is ok but not a walking distance to anywhere, it is a drive to the towns. The staff working there are very young and quite unhelpful. The showers were not clean. There was a urine smell around the campsite which must have been people emptying their toilet waste because the waste facility was clear to be seen. The pool areas are fabulous though. The site caters very much for children. As a couple from the uk travelling together it was a wrong choice for us unfortunately.

Pizza for take out took wat too long on some days more then 1,5 hours Animation looks very nice but all in French, because of this we did not join since we did not understand any of it. Same for the information evening with drinks. All was in French, this doesn’t work for us. Maybe an idea to make a power point in English of something and add some shout outs in 2 languages to make even more connection? The translation into Netherlands is very bad in the app, on the posters.. I should suggest to improve this. My friend were in the M zone. Their terrace was build closed by high fences. This was very warm, gave no few at all. The front side I should remove or lower the fence

Delighted with the accomodation, lake boat rental, restaurant and staff/entertainment. For improvement we suggest that the pool is very small and would benefit from being bigger.

I used to come to this campsite 25 years ago and it is the same as I remembered just with a lot more slides and better accommodation. We enjoyed so much we have already booked for next year on the same week. I feel that the bar/restaurant wasn’t open long enough, maybe consider opening in the mornings with croissants and coffees? As were we’re going off site every morning to get these, and opening earlier for evening meals maybe around 5pm? The staff were amazing!!!… also maybe consider hire out mobile AC units this would get you more revenue and also make the stay comfortable in the extreme heats.

The campsite was clean, well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We were first given a pitch where the ground was so hard that we couldn't get our tent pegs in, but fortunately we were quickly offered another pitch. Be aware that the ground is extremely hard throughout the campsite. The biggest downside was the constant noise. There was loud music and announcements every evening until around 11 p.m., followed by noise from people returning to their pitches, often including drunk guests. There was also loud music during the day, including at the pool. If you're looking for a lively campsite with lots of entertainment, this is a good choice. However, if you want a peaceful holiday and quiet evenings at your caravan or tent, this may not be the right campsite.

We moved from Les Marsouins Ciela village which is and deserves to be 5* camping . Les Fontaines is also advertised as 5* camping but is only 3*-4* at best for Motorhomes. The shop should be open all day on a 5* site. The motorhome empty area was very poor infront of the exit barrier with a broken hatch on the chemical empty point and the water hose pipe was used for both rinsing the chemical toilet and filling water. This is unacceptable on any star rated site.
