We loved the camp - where we were situated was beautiful & had breathtaking views. The kids loved the freedom, the water park & the train. It was close to other amenities & we had lots of space.

For 5 star camping I would expect better toilet facilities. Often messy and smelly. Also sun loungers instead of only chairs would make this 10/10 Finally vegetarian food options were a bit limited.

Sofa in the caravan needed replacing. More electric car chargers would be helpful as there were always busy. And a sign stopping people who come to use the zip wire from parking directly outside C4 and C5 would be nice as we got blocked in on multiple occasions.

Everything is great, the camp site is big enough , there is loads to do, the mobil home was very comfortable and lovely. The only issue is people sometimes not respecting the quiet hours and being noisy past 11pm, one night we even got woken up at 2am by a group of men laughing and shouting outside our mobil home.

Comfortable house, fantastic pool and slides and a fabulous view from our house. Loved the BBQ. Good Kiosk for info and booking excursions.

The campsite pitch is sand, stone and dust. There is no grass. The live shows was only performed in french language, even though we were told there would be a english translation. The Stella kids club was only with french talking people, we neded english talking people. The toilets were not clean. There was days without hot water in the shower. There were two episodes with creepshots taking in the shower.

Les points positifs : - Activités au top : Le camping propose un superbe parc aquatique et de nombreuses activités gratuites très appréciables (ping-pong, pétanque, structures gonflables). - Tarifs raisonnables : Les prix au bar et au restaurant sont très corrects et abordables pour la saison estivale. Les points à améliorer : - Hygiène du parc aquatique : L'eau semble fortement traitée, ce qui s'explique par un manque de rigueur sur le règlement (shorts de bain portés avec sous-vêtements visibles, personnes se baignant habillées en robe). Un contrôle plus strict améliorerait la propreté du bassin. - Nuisances nocturnes : Malgré un couvre-feu fixé à 23h, l’équipe d'animation organise des répétitions tardives. J'ai dû contacter la sécurité à 1h30 du matin à cause du bruit. Il serait normal que le camping respecte ses propres règles. - Service au restaurant : Le temps d'attente est excessivement long, même lorsque la salle n'est pas pleine. À deux reprises, nous sommes partis après 20 minutes sans que personne ne vienne prendre notre commande de boissons. - Accès le jour du départ : Après avoir rendu les clés à 9h30, l'accès au parc aquatique pour le reste de la journée nous a été refusé. C'est dommage de ne pas pouvoir en profiter un peu avant de prendre la route. En résumé, le camping a un très fort potentiel grâce à ses infrastructures, mais la gestion de l'hygiène, du bruit et du service gâche malheureusement l'expérience.

No hot water for dishes, outdated and unclean sanitary blocks, evening entertainment non existent and only delivered in French, staff at main stage bar extremely unwelcoming and unhelpful, reception and information staff lacking knowledge of local area and poor communication of facilities and services etc provided at check in, advertise clearly that the site is built into a cliff side and is extremely hilly. Mini Golf facilities are beyond poor and need complete replacement.

Our stayWe really liked the site and despite the elevations, we were able to get around well. The reception team were helpful and friendly. The pool complex was fantastic and we could always find somewhere to sit. The spa was an extra which was great..
