Campsites Accessible to People with Disabilities

At several of our campsites in France, we offer mobile homes accessible to people with disabilities for your campsite vacation!

At some of our facilities, you’ll also find parking spaces for people with disabilities, as well as step-free access and/or ramps to reach the campsite’s various buildings and facilities.

To help you enjoy swimming, some of our campsites can provide you with a wheelchair lift.
Finally, all of our campsites have restroom facilities with at least one room designed for people with disabilities (toilet, shower, and sink).

All of our campsite staff are trained to provide a warm welcome and address the needs of guests with limited mobility, and they are here to assist you as best they can during your campsite stay.

Sanitair redelijk schoon, waarom wordt kapot sanitair, bijvoorbeeld wcrolhouders niet gemaakt? Alle douches lekte bij de kraan. We hadden verkeerde plaats, langs gastarbeiders die veel rookte en hard praatten in de avond. Langs tennisbaan en voetbalveld. Niet een fijne plaats. Geen water. Geen wifi op die plaats. Geen nederlands sprekende animatie. Geen verse crepes in de middag, half opgewarmd.

The pool areas very dangerous for smaller kids, there was a lot of teenagers running around and jumping into the water all the time. The life guards didn't do anything about it. My daughter got kicked couples of times in the face. The receptionist at the spa very rude, insisting that in France should only french be used and insulting people in front of clients. If people that don't speak French are not welcome then this should clearly stay at the websites instead of insulting foreigners.

Beautiful place, nice private pitch, beutiful surroundings. The sanitair was clean, which is the most important. But outdated, technical not ok. Like one urinoir is broken, flushes constantly while signs attents to save water and the planet. Some washing taps do n't work, some give a large amount of water. Water for the dishes is often not warm. The biggest inconvenience where the dusty roads: everything is dirty in a high degree.

Cottage was nice, more than enough space. Pool was fine, enough sunbeds. A few more parasols would be nice. Bread service was minimalistic. I think it's better if guests can order their bread in advance and pick it up the next day. Give guest also the chance to order wheat bread. Every day bread was sold out in an instant. Very few products in supermarket, maybe this can get an upgrade? Bread and supermarket service was inconvenient.

Helaas zijn wij niet tevreden over ons verblijf en willen wij graag onze ervaringen met u delen. Allereerst vinden wij dat het sanitair niet goed schoon is. Zo ligt er nog steeds schaamhaar in en rondom de douche. Dit vinden wij erg onhygiënisch en zeker niet wat je mag verwachten wanneer het sanitair regelmatig wordt schoongemaakt. Daarnaast hebben wij al vier dagen geen warm water. Heel af en toe is er kort warm water, maar over het algemeen kunnen wij niet normaal douchen. Dit vinden wij erg vervelend en zeker na meerdere dagen zonder warm water. Ook merken wij dat de informatie in de app niet helemaal klopt. De afstanden naar verschillende uitjes lijken in werkelijkheid veel groter te zijn dan in de app wordt aangegeven. Zo staat er bijvoorbeeld een uitje in de omgeving vermeld waarvan wij ons afvragen hoe dit als een activiteit in de buurt kan worden aangegeven. Verder vinden wij dat het sanitair en de voorzieningen in werkelijkheid behoorlijk afwijken van de indruk die de website geeft. Op de website ziet alles er veel mooier en beter verzorgd uit dan hoe wij het hier daadwerkelijk ervaren. Ook wordt aangegeven dat er mogelijkheden zijn om boodschappen te doen, maar in de praktijk zijn deze mogelijkheden er nauwelijks. Als je bijvoorbeeld biljart wilt spelen, moesten wij dit doen met kapotte stokken. Dat vinden wij erg jammer en het geeft niet bepaald de indruk dat de voorzieningen goed worden onderhouden. Tot slot vinden wij het personeel niet altijd even vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles bij elkaar zorgt dit ervoor dat ons verblijf helaas behoorlijk tegenvalt. Wij hopen dat u onze opmerkingen serieus neemt en hier iets mee doet. Wij zouden graag van u horen hoe u tegen deze situatie aankijkt en wat u eventueel voor ons kunt betekenen.
