When we arrived, we were shocked to see the leaves all over the deck. You should have a vehicle or something to remove the leaves, say twice a week. Otherwise it was all lovely.

De manière générale notre séjour a été très plaisant. L’espace aquatique et les installations en général sont très pratiques et adaptés à une famille avec enfants. Cependant certains points restent à améliorer, notamment le manque de transats à l’espace à aquatique. Nous avons également remarqué un manque de maîtres nageurs par rapport au nombre de personnes présentes. La literie est également très décevante pour un établissement 5* (matelas peu confortable, draps très peu pratiques, les couettes non protégées). Le spa est décevant, une des salles de soin est très peu isolée du bruit du coiffeur.

Ten aanzien van de animatie zou het prettig zijn als er ook een Engelssprekend persoon aanwezig is. Communicatie was nu zeer lastig, waardoor ook deelname aan bijvoorbeeld de Bingo niet goed mogelijk was voor ons.

Terrible experience overall. The cabins were crammed together, and located near the holiday camp was a huge fun fair which played really loud tech o & house music well past 12 pm every evening. Lots of young adults on e scooters and felt very unsafe. I made numerous complaints and was not listened too, I wanted a refund. We left early due to the noise. Awful experience. I would like to be contacted about making a formal complaint!!!!!!

I found the whole camping area very nice, with lots of flowers and trees, not too many cars. My personal location was very intimist. The team is great. Kids really loved the castle and the swimming pool. What could be improved: - Unfortunately the noise from the beach is quite high and I had to carry noise stopper in my tent to be able to sleep. It happened the first night (saturday) and the last night (thursday). - the walk to the beach in somehow dangerous (bridge especially). Stressful with kids. - we were supposed to receive a text message once the tent was ready but it never happened, my husband had to go to the welcome desk once more which was super crowded at that time...is the process really fine tuned?
