De manière générale notre séjour a été très plaisant. L’espace aquatique et les installations en général sont très pratiques et adaptés à une famille avec enfants. Cependant certains points restent à améliorer, notamment le manque de transats à l’espace à aquatique. Nous avons également remarqué un manque de maîtres nageurs par rapport au nombre de personnes présentes. La literie est également très décevante pour un établissement 5* (matelas peu confortable, draps très peu pratiques, les couettes non protégées). Le spa est décevant, une des salles de soin est très peu isolée du bruit du coiffeur.

It was too loud in the evenings on your camping, coming from your stage. And I didn‘t feel comfortable/safe in your sanitary building, as some of your showers have peepholes. And the sanitary building need an upgrade - the showers spill the water everywhere

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing for a 4-star campsite. The chalet had several problems: loose door handles, sticking doors, a shower head that fell down, a broken toilet seat and dirty walls and bathroom. The kitchen inventory was also dirty, and we even found a condom and socks from previous guests under the bed. There was no welcome package with basic items such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid or a sponge. The restaurant was also disappointing: pizza was on the menu but unavailable, and service was very slow due to a lack of staff. We did have a beautiful view, and we reported all our complaints, but unfortunately received no response or apology. Communication was also difficult as very little English was spoken. We hope the issues will be resolved, but overall the quality did not feel like a 4-star campsite.

An even more enjoyable way to travel, with all the comforts offered at our campsites featuring water parks! At Ciela Village campsites, you’ll have access—just like all other vacationers—to all the campsite’s amenities: entertainment, water park, swimming pool, kids’ club, modern restrooms, and, of course, Wi-Fi.

A motorhome or trailer is the perfect way to explore the most beautiful regions and wake up to breathtaking scenery—at the foot of Mont Ventoux, for example—with the chance to discover the region’s most charming villages in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. Or perhaps you’d prefer to explore the landscapes of Languedoc-Roussillon and enjoy a stay at a campsite by the sea for a refreshing swim at the beach. Whether you’re traveling by trailer, tent, or RV, at our 4-star campsites you’ll be welcomed to our spacious sites, which are lush with trees and bordered by hedges, ensuring maximum privacy. At the same time, you’ll enjoy the warm and friendly atmosphere of the campsite. In a relaxed, vacation-like setting, you can get to know your neighbors—and who knows? You might even meet some wonderful people and make new friends.

The sites reserved for RVs and tents range in size from 80 m² to 130 m². Each site is equipped with electricity. You’ll quickly realize what a great place this is to stay! Everyone can enjoy their vacation: parents can give their children more freedom, and the kids can play, go to the pool, ride bikes, and take part in all kinds of activities at the kids’ club—all in complete safety within the campsite grounds.

You’ll have access to all the campsite’s services and activities, and you can also rent a refrigerator or a grill, use the laundry facilities, and enjoy Wi-Fi. These are small but important touches that add to your comfort and help ensure a great vacation. For your meals, you can stock up as needed throughout your stay and according to your preferences at the mini-market located at some of our beachfront campsites. And if you don’t feel like cooking, you can sit down for a meal at one of our restaurants, or if you’d prefer to eat in peace and quiet, take your food to go and enjoy it right at your campsite.

Members of the ASCI Camping Card, Key Europe Camping Card, and ADAC Card programs will enjoy fixed, preferential rates. For RVs, access is easy and the campsite sites are leveled. You also have access to a completely free service area.
