The pool areas very dangerous for smaller kids, there was a lot of teenagers running around and jumping into the water all the time. The life guards didn't do anything about it. My daughter got kicked couples of times in the face. The receptionist at the spa very rude, insisting that in France should only french be used and insulting people in front of clients. If people that don't speak French are not welcome then this should clearly stay at the websites instead of insulting foreigners.

If you are not speaking french than for the kids there is no attention. You have to ask to translate or otherwise they don’t do it. Very nice camping

Great campsite, lovely staff, however when visitor numbers increased across Friday/Saturday/Sunday we experienced ongoing power cuts. Also during those busier days there was an increase in unacceptable behaviour in the pool/slides making it unsuitable to keep our smaller children there. Only 1 lifeguard who seemed to only respond to severely dangerous actions (so ignored the kid pulling his trunks down to go down the slides, or the older teens throwing themselves down the slides etc) Was a shame as rhe first half of our stay was faultless

Desde hace tres años que estamos en una parcela y nuestra experiencia ha sido cada vez más positivas con todas las mejoras realizadas. Tendrían que limpiar más de dos veces al día los baños sobretodo el de la piscina. Creemos que tendrían que prohibir los patinetes eléctricos.

- Park: Leuk, mooi zwembad en schone toiletgebouwen. Ook mooi groen. Zorg wel bij het zwembad dat ook de voetenbadjes tussen de ligweiden en het zwembad gevuld zijn ivm hygiëne. Voorzie alle prestigehuisjes van privacy middels groene hagen. - Service: Heel erg goed. Iets stuk en ze komen heel snel om het op te lossen. Omdat ons verblijf tegenviel door het gebrek aan schaduw werden wij gecompenseerd zonder gedoe. Dat was erg fijn. Medewerkers broodjes winkel super aardig, medewerkster van winkel was chagrijnig. - Prestigehome: V10 Geen groene hagen zoals beloofd op de site en schaduwdoek is te klein. Je zit te kijk voor iedereen. Gordijnen sluiten de ramen niet af. Verouderd vergeleken met andere prestige mobile homes voor dezelfde prijs. Er stak een schroef uit de vlonder pal voor de deur, waar ik mijn voeten aan open heb gehaald. - Animatie: Gaat door na 23h buiten de stilte tijden en alles op het podium is 100% Franstalig. Niet leuk voor Nederlandse kinderen terwijl Nederlandse gasten er wel voor betalen - Schoonmaak huisje: stofzuig onder de bank. De hoeveelheid viezigheid onder de bank was te vies voor woorden. Zwarte schimmel in de badkamer.

This looked like a great place for our family which included young children and a baby parents and grandparents to all enjoy a week together in what is described as a relaxing environment. The reality was very different, it was overcrowded even at the time of year being out of season the pool area is very tight for space and the atmosphere was poor because most of the people were unpleasant. It’s also a bit of a surprise to see security guards in stab proof vests patrolling around the pool, that in itself tells its own storey of how the place felt. I may have misunderstood the description on the booking site so thats down to me but this place is just too manic for my taste and all the adults were in constant alert because you didn’t feel the children were entirely safe. A big group of people fighting with themselves probably didn’t help the situation much either. In my opinion there is very little space around the pools and this makes it extremely hard to relax when people are constantly running about within millimetres of you.

Scenery is lovely but the campsite is very tired looking. There was dog excrement laying around in several places and people urinating up trees instead of using the facilities. The restaurant was closed both days we were there but we were told we could buy snacks but the bar doesn't open till 4pm. The shop had no bread both days and no bottled water in 40° heat. Sun shades around the pool inadequate. In general the place needs a complete face lift.
