De manière générale notre séjour a été très plaisant. L’espace aquatique et les installations en général sont très pratiques et adaptés à une famille avec enfants. Cependant certains points restent à améliorer, notamment le manque de transats à l’espace à aquatique. Nous avons également remarqué un manque de maîtres nageurs par rapport au nombre de personnes présentes. La literie est également très décevante pour un établissement 5* (matelas peu confortable, draps très peu pratiques, les couettes non protégées). Le spa est décevant, une des salles de soin est très peu isolée du bruit du coiffeur.

No tuvimos gafas para mirar eclipse porque no avisaron que las darían en recepción y nos dijeron que las daban en el Estanque Thau la chica de recepción . No hay supermercado. Y los WC están bastante sucios. La piscina también estaba muy sucia.

Terrible experience overall. The cabins were crammed together, and located near the holiday camp was a huge fun fair which played really loud tech o & house music well past 12 pm every evening. Lots of young adults on e scooters and felt very unsafe. I made numerous complaints and was not listened too, I wanted a refund. We left early due to the noise. Awful experience. I would like to be contacted about making a formal complaint!!!!!!

Nous venons au camping Beau Rivage depuis plusieurs années. Nous tenions à saluer la qualité de l’accueil et de l’animation ainsi que le confort des Mobilhomes. Néanmoins, si jusqu’à présent nous n’avions aucune remarque à formuler, cette année nous avons relevé quelques soucis : . Non-respect des consignes concernant la piscine notamment l’interdiction de jouer au ballon dans le bassin, . Aucune possibilité de profiter du coin SPA en raison de la présence de très nombreux jeunes nageurs . Aucune surveillance des différents bassins malgré la présence d’un surveillant, dont la mission première me semble-t-il est justement de veiller à la bonne application desdites consignes. Par ailleurs, nous regrettons l’occupation entière du bassin principal pour la séance d’aquagym à une heure d’affluence obligeant les baigneurs à sortir de l’eau pendant ce cours. Celui-ci pourrait être programmé de 9h à 10h au lieu de 11h15. Il n’est évidemment pas question d’instaurer une discipline policière mais il serait nécessaire de veiller à ce que chacun puisse profiter avec lé même plaisir de l’espace aquatique. Or, tel n’est pas le cas. L'adage « la liberté des uns s'arrête là où commence celle des autres » signifie que notre liberté individuelle a des limites. Certains ne peuvent pas faire tout ce qu’ils veulent si cela prive les autres vacanciers du plaisir d’en profiter. C'est la base du vivre-ensemble et du respect mutuel. A noter que ces remarques ne nous empêcheront pas de revenir séjourner dans ce camping que nous apprécions tout particulièrement. Cordialement

Great campsite, lovely staff, however when visitor numbers increased across Friday/Saturday/Sunday we experienced ongoing power cuts. Also during those busier days there was an increase in unacceptable behaviour in the pool/slides making it unsuitable to keep our smaller children there. Only 1 lifeguard who seemed to only respond to severely dangerous actions (so ignored the kid pulling his trunks down to go down the slides, or the older teens throwing themselves down the slides etc) Was a shame as rhe first half of our stay was faultless
