We were very satisfied with the campsite. Everything was neat and clean, and the staff were very friendly. It is a beautiful location surrounded by the mountains. It was also great to be able to cool off in the swimming pool.

Wij waren eerder op deze kampong geweest en hadden dus een voorkeur opgegeven voor welke stacaravan we wilde. Daar waren we bij me want niet iedere caravan het even veel privacy.

Het is een nette en schone camping, prachtig gelegen midden tussen de indrukwekkende bergen. De omgeving is echt schitterend en ideaal voor liefhebbers van wandelen, fietsen en de natuur. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk, superfijn hoe wij snel en vakkundig geholpen werden door de campingeigenaar toen onze fietsendrager kapot was! De stacaravans staan helaas wel erg dicht op elkaar, waardoor je relatief weinig privacy hebt. Ook vonden wij de animatie beperkt en het overzicht klopte niet altijd. Daarnaast vonden we het brood op de camping behoorlijk aan de dure kant, wij gingen elke dag broodjes halen bij de bakker in het stadje. Al met al een prima camping met als grootste pluspunt de fantastische ligging. Met wat meer ruimte tussen de accommodaties en een uitgebreider animatieaanbod zou de ervaring nog beter zijn.

Zwembad ook geschikt maken voor kinderen van 2 t/m 6 jaar, zodat zij kunnen zitten tijdens het zwemmen. Prima uitvals badis voor Alp d'huez Helaas hebben wij ervaren dat hondenbezitters zich niet aan de regels houden en daar hebben we nogal last van gehad. Dit hebben we ook bij de receptie gemeld.

Prima ligging voor diverse uitjes. Staanplaats ruim, voldoende sanitair en voldoende schoon. Zwembad te klein als gasten einde dag terugkomen van uitje. Door receptie niet gewezen op gratis wifi voor 1 apparaat. Werden hier door andere gast op gewezen. Dit hoort oi bij de incheckprocedure. Bediening horeca matig.

We really enjoyed our stay for the Tour de France and enjoyed several days either side with our two sons (7 and 9). In terms of organised entertainment, they partcularly enjoyed the foam party! My only feedback would be that sometimes it was not obvious if we could order food or drinks, with the switch between "bar service" via the cash desk and table service sometimes not obvious. I appreciate this was a busy time for the crew, but occasionally we were waiting a long time before acknowledgment while seated, and a couple of times there was some confusion as whether whether - and when - we could order food (we had not made any reservations, so perhaps this is on us). All in all though, we really enjoyed the campsite, loved you staff/owners, and would recommend the site to our friends, whether in Tour de France season or at other times. Thank you for a great holiday!

Unfortunately, my experience with the booking and refund process was disappointing. When circumstances changed and I was unable to attend, I found the approach to refunds inflexible and unsupportive. The communication felt transactional rather than customer‑focused, and the outcome left me feeling that goodwill and fairness were not prioritised. I appreciate that policies exist for a reason, but how they are applied makes a significant difference to customer trust. In this case, the handling of my situation has meant I would be unlikely to book again or recommend the site to others.

first contact with you and reservation at the web page - to improve service reception especially girls site - very very helpfull (Maeva, Mathilde) restaurant service ok but the price are much more to high !!! clening time wc you have to change, very quaiet area and close to teh center no camping service area - not for **** camping this is scandal

Calm and beautiful location, close to town and cycling activities. Incredible poor that WiFi is not extended to cover the new Mobilehome area in the rear of the site. The 4 stars rating should be lowered to 3, alone on that account. The restaurant and bar area was very nice and friendly atmosphere. The mobilehome should have been equipped with a small "welcome package" for kitchen, hand soap, etc, in order to facilitate a better arrival.

It's several years we are coming to the campsite "Le Colporteur", and we will continue. Staff is really welcoming, easy to talk to, helpful and try to satisfy customers all the time. Thanks to them! The restaurant is good, and we appreciated the possibility to order in advance, and use the shop. One possible amelioration: increase the cleaning from 3 to 4 or more per day when the campsite is really crowded. It might be interesting to be able to book the campsite number we wish...
