It was too loud in the evenings on your camping, coming from your stage. And I didn‘t feel comfortable/safe in your sanitary building, as some of your showers have peepholes. And the sanitary building need an upgrade - the showers spill the water everywhere

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing for a 4-star campsite. The chalet had several problems: loose door handles, sticking doors, a shower head that fell down, a broken toilet seat and dirty walls and bathroom. The kitchen inventory was also dirty, and we even found a condom and socks from previous guests under the bed. There was no welcome package with basic items such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid or a sponge. The restaurant was also disappointing: pizza was on the menu but unavailable, and service was very slow due to a lack of staff. We did have a beautiful view, and we reported all our complaints, but unfortunately received no response or apology. Communication was also difficult as very little English was spoken. We hope the issues will be resolved, but overall the quality did not feel like a 4-star campsite.

Clean camping, nice pool and bar. The staff is polite but very businesslike. The camping spot near to the lake looked great but in reality you can not see the lake through the trees surrounding the site. The private accommodation is a good option but it is a bit outdated and needs to be refreshed.

Very good location and facilities, friendly animation and bar/restaurant staff, great massage service (Filomena is the best!) and also nice afro braide service. The only negative point is the poor customer service from reception staff: a few days before arrival I wrote to specifically ask if bed linen was provided and I was confirmed it was included in my reservation. To my surprise, there were none and when I asked for it, the receptionist told me I was given a wrong information and I could rent it instead. Even if it was your mistake, it was my problem... which is unacceptable.

We had a very nice stay. Like: green campsite, how the camping looks, the ambiance, most of the staff speaking english. Dislike: take away was not possible but almost nobody on the terrace. Not feeling very welcome there. And animation for kids was different in the app then real time. Also sometimes there was no minidisco while it was announced in the app. Make sure that the information is right! Overall we had a great time!
