How do I purchase a Ciela Village gift card?
It couldn’t be easier! Choose the amount (between €50 and €300), fill out the form, and decide whether to send it directly to the person or have it sent to you so you can give it to them in person.
How do I use a Ciela Village gift certificate?
Do you have a gift certificate? Choose your campsite and accommodations, and then when you make your reservation:
- Online or via the app: Enter the code on your gift certificate when selecting “gift certificate” as your payment method.
- By phone: Please mention that you have a gift certificate and provide your certificate number to your sales associate.
The amount of your gift certificate will be deducted from the total cost of your stay.
