BILINGUAL/TRILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Bilingual/Trilingual Receptionist to join our team and welcome and assist our guests at our campsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to your immediate supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Greet guests on the phone and at the front desk, and introduce them to the campsite and its amenities.
- Respond effectively to guests’ requests during their stay.
- Ensure that departures take place under the right conditions.
- Manage reservations and handle customer accounts.
- Collect payment for stays and handle daily cash register accounting.
- Provide tourists with information about local attractions and practical details.
- Track and log incidents, requests, and complaints in coordination with other departments.
- Respond to requests for information by phone or email.
DESIRED PROFILE
- Skills: Proficiency in English (bilingual) and a third language (trilingual) is preferred.
- Skills: Ability to manage customer relationships, administrative follow-up on customer accounts, knowledge of the tourism industry.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service skills, a welcoming and courteous demeanor, diplomacy, empathy, energy, punctuality, and a professional appearance.

ACTIVITY LEADER
JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for an Activity Coordinator to join our team and lead a variety of dynamic activities for our clients.
POSITIONS Under the supervision of the Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Organize and lead activities for all age groups (adults, teens, and children).
- Organize and promote sports, recreational, and cultural activities.
- Help organize shows and events.
- Ensure the satisfaction and safety of participants.
- Ensure that the activity materials are set up and put away.
- Help foster a pleasant atmosphere and a positive image for the campsite.
DESIRED PROFILE
- Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Experience in facilitation is preferred.
- Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.

MAINTENANCE WORKER
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to your immediate supervisor, you are responsible for maintaining the campsite. You may be assigned primarily to maintain certain facilities (restrooms, mobile homes, common areas), depending on the campsite’s internal organization.
MISSIONS
- Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of the premises, mobile homes, and restrooms (depending on your assignment) by methodically following the work schedule and cleaning procedures.
- Ensure that the premises are restocked with hygiene products.
- Be careful not to damage any furniture, equipment, or surfaces during the cleaning process.
- Follow all health and safety rules.
- Report any malfunction or anomaly to the appropriate person.
- Sort and dispose of waste by separating it into categories.
- Maintain inventory levels of products, equipment, and supplies by reporting requirements to the next level up.

Maintenance Worker (Swimming Pool & Miscellaneous Maintenance)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of your manager, you will be responsible for pool maintenance, site maintenance, and grounds maintenance; you will also be required to perform various tasks throughout the campsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that the pool is opened and closed.
- Monitor the pool area and ensure that the rules are followed.
- Ensure that the pool area is tidied up and maintained after closing.
- Perform a variety of technical tasks: carpentry, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, mechanics, etc.
- Manage and dispose of waste.
- Perform repairs on the campsite’s facilities (replacing light bulbs, repairing locks, installing curtains, etc.).
- Perform facility cleaning tasks (using a Kärcher, leaf blower, and picking up trash).
- Maintaining green spaces: planting, mowing, brush clearing, pruning, and watering.
- Help with handling and moving furniture or deliveries.
- Ensure the delivery of equipment requested by customers.
- Receive and inspect deliveries.
- Follow the safety and hygiene guidelines related to the products and equipment used.
