De manière générale notre séjour a été très plaisant. L’espace aquatique et les installations en général sont très pratiques et adaptés à une famille avec enfants. Cependant certains points restent à améliorer, notamment le manque de transats à l’espace à aquatique. Nous avons également remarqué un manque de maîtres nageurs par rapport au nombre de personnes présentes. La literie est également très décevante pour un établissement 5* (matelas peu confortable, draps très peu pratiques, les couettes non protégées). Le spa est décevant, une des salles de soin est très peu isolée du bruit du coiffeur.

All in all our stay was pleasant. A few things that would have made it even better: an animation team that speaks at least a little English, the 'Welcome presentation' should also address international guests (not just those that speak fluid French), and the barrière should open faster, very annoying to have to do the handbrake maneuver every time you leave the camping with the car.

Terrible experience overall. The cabins were crammed together, and located near the holiday camp was a huge fun fair which played really loud tech o & house music well past 12 pm every evening. Lots of young adults on e scooters and felt very unsafe. I made numerous complaints and was not listened too, I wanted a refund. We left early due to the noise. Awful experience. I would like to be contacted about making a formal complaint!!!!!!

It was a great stay. The only item that needs improvement is the fitness area. It should be at least be doubled in size and the materials should be replaced. There’s no air conditioning and te materials are of low quality and very limited in variaty and amount. Basically in this day and age a lot of people (especially your target customers) want to stay healthy and work out during their holiday. Now almost every time we wanted to work out the area was full (because of the small size and limited amount of good materials it’s full if 2 or 3 people are in there). So my suggestion is to invest in this and you’ll really increase the level of customer satisfaction. And the only other suggestion, provide free WiFi. Asking 20 euros for slow internet on 1 device is not something you want to do in this day and age.
