5-star campsite with an indoor pool: your dream vacation any time of year

Choosing to stay at a 5-star campsite with an indoor pool means enjoying complete peace of mind. Even though the weather can be unpredictable, your desire to go for a swim won’t wait.

Whether you’re dreaming of a vacation by a majestic lake, in the heart of the Verdon Mountains, or right on the water ’s edge by the sea, our 5-star campsites welcome you to exceptional settings featuring a covered, heated water park.

Overlooking Lake La Liez, La Liez Campsite combines majestic natural beauty, exceptional comfort, and water-based activities. Set on a lush 6.4-hectare property with 192 campsites, you’ll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the 290-hectare lake and the historic town of Langres, with direct access to water sports such as stand-up paddleboarding, pedal boats, sailing, and water skiing.

The heart of the campsite is undoubtedly its water park, which spans more than 650 m²:

• The heated indoor pool: a true haven of warmth, this space welcomes you with water at the perfect temperature. It allows both children and adults to swim early in the morning or on cooler days in early spring.
• The heated outdoor pool: a large open-air pool overlooking the lake, perfect for swimming a few laps under the summer sun.
• The water slide: an impressive five-lane slide for plenty of sliding fun and thrills.
• The play pool: a shallow area of water, ideal for introducing the youngest children to the joys of water in complete safety.

Located in the heart of the Verdon Regional Nature Park, the Terra Verdon campsite spans a vast natural area of 6.8 hectares. It’s the perfect destination for families looking for outdoor activities and relaxing swims, as well as for exploring the famous Verdon Gorges while enjoying the luxury of a 5-star resort.

Its 2,600-square-meter water park features:

• A large indoor, heated pool, so you can enjoy water at the perfect temperature when you return from a hike.
• Unforgettable slides, with runs that will give you plenty of thrills.
• A fun wading pool and a relaxation area: water games for the kids and massage benches for adults to unwind.

For those who dream of a beachfront vacation on the Mediterranean coast, Le Floride Campsite in Barcarès, in the Pyrénées-Orientales, is a top destination. It spans a wooded park of more than 15 hectares with direct access to the beach.

The campsite features a 4,700 m² water park:

• A large indoor heated pool and heated outdoor pools: ideal for swimming and splashing around any time of year.
• A relaxation area: two hot tubs and submerged lounge chairs for a well-deserved break.
• Facilities for everyone: a wading pool with water play features for children and thrilling slides for older kids.

In a large indoor pool, the day begins first thing in the morning with energetic aqua aerobics classes or aquabike sessions led by our instructors. In the afternoon, the pool becomes the setting for family water games or swimming sessions.

In addition to the outdoor wading pool and water play areas, the heated indoor pool offers an ideal alternative for the whole family. It lets you enjoy the water longer, sheltered from the wind or the harsh sun. Children can freely switch between the large outdoor slides and the comforting warmth of the indoor pool.

You don’t have to wait for clear blue skies to enjoy the water. Thanks to the covered, heated area, the weather won’t spoil your vacation. Sheltered from the elements, adults and children alike can have a great time in the covered, heated pool.

More than just a nice perk, the indoor, heated pool is at the heart of the Ciela Village experience. It quickly becomes the whole family’s favorite spot on vacation.
