When we arrived, we were shocked to see the leaves all over the deck. You should have a vehicle or something to remove the leaves, say twice a week. Otherwise it was all lovely.

Have a road sign at the junctions in Town. Satnav takes you the wrong way. The power PowerPoints should be on each pitch because where they are now means that the power leads get driven over by cars going to their pitches The wooden planking on the terrace at the restaurant and pool had pieces sticking up which you can trip on

De manière générale notre séjour a été très plaisant. L’espace aquatique et les installations en général sont très pratiques et adaptés à une famille avec enfants. Cependant certains points restent à améliorer, notamment le manque de transats à l’espace à aquatique. Nous avons également remarqué un manque de maîtres nageurs par rapport au nombre de personnes présentes. La literie est également très décevante pour un établissement 5* (matelas peu confortable, draps très peu pratiques, les couettes non protégées). Le spa est décevant, une des salles de soin est très peu isolée du bruit du coiffeur.

Great site, very friendly staff, good and very clean facilities For us in a camping car the low branches of the overhanging trees were a big problem. It would be simple to cut them back without affecting the shade cover.

Single sex toilets and showers would be better. The main bit of feedback - too many golf buggies. Everyone whonworks at the campsite seemed to have a buggy. No one walked anywhere. Andnthey kept zipping around all day and night. Reduce the buggies. Also ban scooters. We saw a couple of near misses. They go way too fast. Otherwise a nice site

Friendly staff. Lovely pool area. Nice quiet site. Toilet blocks needs updating/replacing. Many toilets in one block not working or leaking and block was very dirty. Some camping pitches need better markings, its unclear where some pitches are and what their camping area is. Some low tree branches overhanging the roads need trimming back as they scrape along the sides and roof of a motorhome.

Great campsite, lovely staff, however when visitor numbers increased across Friday/Saturday/Sunday we experienced ongoing power cuts. Also during those busier days there was an increase in unacceptable behaviour in the pool/slides making it unsuitable to keep our smaller children there. Only 1 lifeguard who seemed to only respond to severely dangerous actions (so ignored the kid pulling his trunks down to go down the slides, or the older teens throwing themselves down the slides etc) Was a shame as rhe first half of our stay was faultless

The hot water in our mobilehome was very unstable. Most of the times we used cold water for showering as Well as doing the dishes. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Fantastic service from the Young people at the restaurant.
