el camping muy bien , lástima la limpieza de la casa móvil , y la bienvenida en recepción fatal les dijimos que no hablábamos inglés ni francés y continuaba hablando y no buscaron por lo menos el traductor para la comodidad de nosotros

Sorry that almost everything was in french. Difficult to talk english with the people except reception. Electricity what does not work correctly.

It was too loud in the evenings on your camping, coming from your stage. And I didn‘t feel comfortable/safe in your sanitary building, as some of your showers have peepholes. And the sanitary building need an upgrade - the showers spill the water everywhere

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing for a 4-star campsite. The chalet had several problems: loose door handles, sticking doors, a shower head that fell down, a broken toilet seat and dirty walls and bathroom. The kitchen inventory was also dirty, and we even found a condom and socks from previous guests under the bed. There was no welcome package with basic items such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid or a sponge. The restaurant was also disappointing: pizza was on the menu but unavailable, and service was very slow due to a lack of staff. We did have a beautiful view, and we reported all our complaints, but unfortunately received no response or apology. Communication was also difficult as very little English was spoken. We hope the issues will be resolved, but overall the quality did not feel like a 4-star campsite.
