Beautiful place, nice private pitch, beutiful surroundings. The sanitair was clean, which is the most important. But outdated, technical not ok. Like one urinoir is broken, flushes constantly while signs attents to save water and the planet. Some washing taps do n't work, some give a large amount of water. Water for the dishes is often not warm. The biggest inconvenience where the dusty roads: everything is dirty in a high degree.

Cottage was nice, more than enough space. Pool was fine, enough sunbeds. A few more parasols would be nice. Bread service was minimalistic. I think it's better if guests can order their bread in advance and pick it up the next day. Give guest also the chance to order wheat bread. Every day bread was sold out in an instant. Very few products in supermarket, maybe this can get an upgrade? Bread and supermarket service was inconvenient.

Pitch size didn’t meet expectations. Poor toilet and bath facilities. One building wasn’t even open according to the opening hours written on the door. But why even close it. And one morning no toilets in any of the buildings were able to flush.

Der Pool ist ein bisschen zu klein für so viele Menschen.Die Toiletten sollten mehrmals gereinigt werden. Die Animation war großartig

Great campsite, lovely staff, however when visitor numbers increased across Friday/Saturday/Sunday we experienced ongoing power cuts. Also during those busier days there was an increase in unacceptable behaviour in the pool/slides making it unsuitable to keep our smaller children there. Only 1 lifeguard who seemed to only respond to severely dangerous actions (so ignored the kid pulling his trunks down to go down the slides, or the older teens throwing themselves down the slides etc) Was a shame as rhe first half of our stay was faultless

We had a wonderful time; the campsite is lovely, well appointed and the restaurnant/bar were a real highlight - great service and wonderful food. The direct lake access was a real highlight; we had our own paddle boards which we safely left by the lake but also very easy to rent extra kayak's, electric boats etc. Our accommodation was roomy, well appointed and very clean - having used Eurocamp multiple times we would say Ciela Village was a noticeable improvement and would highly recommend.
