You may choose your pitch number or two adjoining pitches for a fee (€30 for each pitch selection), subject to availability.

The full price of the stay must be paid 30 days before arrival.

Our system does not allow you to book multiple stays at the same time. We invite you to make separate bookings, specifying the name(s) of the person(s) if you wish to be next to or near each other (€30 supplement per location choice). For group requests, please contact us.

The accepted payment methods are: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard), bank transfer, check, Classic holiday voucher, Connect holiday voucher. The accepted methods of payment for the deposit and/or the entire cost of the stay vary depending on the payment date. You can consult the details in our ToS.

None of our Ciela village campsites are Vacaf certified.

You can pay in installments, just ask at the time of booking.

Payment in instalments is only possible for the balance. You can pay by credit card through the booking service, by bank transfer, by cheque or by holiday vouchers. We request that the entire stay be paid for at least 1 month before arrival. The 30% deposit must be paid in a single instalment when confirming your booking.

The full price of the stay must be paid 30 days before the start of the stay. You can pay your balance by card, cheque, bank transfer or holiday vouchers. You can pay the balance from your online customer account. We do not accept payments on site.

We do not accept payments on arrival. We require a 30% deposit at the time of booking and the balance must be paid at least one month before your arrival at the campsite.

Log in to your customer area using the login details (12-digit number + email) provided in the confirmation email sent by the campsite. Once logged in, you can view your reservation details, make payments, or make changes if necessary.

You can access your stay history with Ciela Village through our app: download the Ciela Village app (more information at https://cielavillage.fr/ciela-village-application-mobile/) and log in using the credentials provided in the confirmation email you received when making your booking.

To update your information, log in to your customer area using the login details received in the confirmation email sent by the campsite. Once logged in, you’ll find a profile management section where you can update your personal information and change your password.

Log in to your customer area (the little person icon located at the top right of the website) using the login details (12-digit number) provided in the confirmation email for your reservation sent by the campsite.

No, we do not have luggage storage.

Accommodation is available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. For pitches, check-in is from 12 noon.

If you arrive before check-in time, you will have access to the campsite and its facilities. However, keys will be handed over from 4 p.m. for rentals and 12 noon for pitches.

If you arrive late, we recommend that you contact the campsite. The caretaker will be there to welcome you, or a key box will allow you to access your mobile home. Simply stop by reception the next morning to finalise the check-in formalities.

In low season, reception is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. In high season (summer school holidays), reception is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for 4- and 5-star campsites and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. for 3-star campsites

Our Ciela Village campsites have at least one restaurant or snack bar, and sometimes several dining options. Download the Ciela Village app to find out what dining options are available at your campsite.

As menus may change throughout the season, we invite you to consult them directly on site or on our Ciela Village app.

No, breakfast is not included in your stay.

Yes, you can have parcels delivered directly to the campsite, where you can collect them from reception.

Yes, we will provide your guests with a special visitor wristband. However, they will not have access to the aquatic area. Your guests should proceed to reception upon arrival.

No, access to the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for our customers.

At Ciela Village, only Le Pommier campsite has a co-working space with internet connection, which can be booked for a minimum of 2 hours.

For rental accommodations, check-out is before 10:00 AM. For campsites, check-out is before 11:00 AM. Leaving before the reception opens? Don’t worry! You can drop your keys in the mailbox.

No appointment is necessary for check-out; you just need to drop the key at reception before 10:00 AM.

Yes, if you have not taken the cleaning package, you will need to do so before you leave. You will need to clean the floors, kitchen, toilets and bathrooms, as well as gather the sheets and towels in the living room and take out the rubbish.

No, it is not included. The additional cleaning fee depends on the type of mobile home.

The rates are as follows:

• Standard cleaning package: €85

• Prestige and Exception cleaning package: €120
• Tribu cleaning package: €160

Yes, you may stay on the campsite on your departure day after check-out and use all facilities, including the pool, subject to reception approval.

No, we do not have luggage storage.

This option is only available in the low season. You can request it directly at reception, depending on availability. Please note that this option cannot be added in advance of your stay.

Please contact the campsite directly by email, providing your contact details so the item can be sent back to you. Shipping costs will be charged.

The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after your departure if no damage has been found.

Our aquatic areas are open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

No, it is not necessary to bring a swimming cap.

All types of swimwear are allowed for men.

Depending on the season, it may be possible to use the pool after check-out. We invite you to check with reception during your stay.

No, we do not offer beach towels for rent.

Our Terra Verdon, La Farigoulette, and Les Marsouins campsites have water-access chairs for guests with reduced mobility.

Yes, we accept dogs (except category 1 and 2 dogs). An additional fee of €6 per day per animal applies. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, including on the rented pitch. They are not allowed in the aquatic area, the children’s playground, or the sanitary blocks.

We accept dogs, cats, and ferrets. However, please note the following important information:

• A daily fee of €6 payable at the time of booking applies

• Animals must always be kept on a leash

• Vaccinations must be up to date

• Category 1 and 2 dogs are not accepted

• Exotic pets (snakes, spiders, rats, etc.) are not accepted

The fee for pets is €6 per day per animal.

No, we do not have dog daycare services or pet-sitter on site.

No, we do not have pools for dogs.

At Ciela Village, our Le Pommier campsite has a dog area that is freely accessible.

No, we do not have grooming areas.

When booking, you can request a free baby kit. The baby kit includes a travel cot (without mattress) and a high chair. A baby bathtub can also be added on request.

Yes, babies must always be counted in the accommodation capacity. The maximum number of people (including babies) must never be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.

At Ciela Village, each campsite has playgrounds for children and a kids’ club for ages 5 to 12 during the summer school holidays.

No, we do not provide babysitting services.

Yes, Ciela Village campsites are secure and child-friendly. Entry and exit are controlled, and security staff are present on site.

At Ciela Village, we offer a free kids’ club at each campsite, at minimum during the summer school holidays. Children aged 5 to 12 are welcome from Monday to Friday. Some campsites also have a teen club for ages 13–17 during the same period.

The kids’ clubs at the campsites are open during the summer school holidays.

At Le Pommier and Le Floride campsites, the kids’ club is also open during the Easter holidays.

Registration takes place at the kids’ club upon arrival. Activities cannot be reserved in advance. The program is displayed at the campsite and can be viewed on the Ciela Village app (more info at https://cielavillage.fr/ciela-village-application-mobile/).

The kids’ club welcomes children from 5 to 12 years old. Some Ciela Village campsites also offer a teen club for ages 13–17. Check the details of your campsite’s facilities on the Ciela Village mobile app (more info at https://cielavillage.fr/ciela-village-application-mobile/).

The following Ciela Village campsites have electric charging stations: Le Pommier, Les Marsouins, La Farigoulette.

You can park your car on your pitch or in private car parks for pedestrian areas.

For accommodation for 1 to 6 people, one vehicle is included in the booking. For accommodation for 8 people or more, 2 vehicles are included. For any additional vehicles, a flat rate may be applied depending on the period, subject to availability.

Yes, all Ciela Village campsites offer daytime and evening entertainment, at minimum during July and August. The larger sites also offer activities in the low season. Each Ciela Village campsite offers a wide range of individual and group sports activities, such as sports tournaments like water polo or football, morning exercise sessions, aquafun, and archery. For each stay, you earn points that can be redeemed for discounts on future stays. You can use your discounts for a stay at any Ciela Village campsite and for all accommodations (except Tribus and Exception mobile homes). Discounts are not valid for stays during peak season.

Yes, it is completely free.

To book with your loyalty points, enter the loyalty number you received by email upon confirming your registration in the designated field. You will then see the amount available and can choose to apply your discount.

No, loyalty points cannot be transferred or exchanged.

You can use your points within 36 months from the date they are credited to your account. After this period, and without any activity on your part, the points will be lost.

You can use your discounts when booking a stay:
