- many items were defect (light, heater, zippers,...) Even after reporting these at the reception, no actions were taken nor even questions were raised which items were defect. - similar as past years, till 4am in the morning neighbouring visitors at the camping were very noisy for hours in a row. When reporting to the reception, they even stated they had already issues with this visitor group before, but still no actions taken. Referning to the night keeper's tour, no action taken either, whiilst the overload lasted for hours. - dishes were not done by the previous visitors, hence all dishes were to be repeated before using those

Bedankt voor de leuke vakantie op de camping in Liez! Wij hebben genoten van het huisje met uitzicht op het meer. Daarnaast willen we Sarah en Olivier hartelijk bedanken voor hun leuke activiteiten. Olivier is een leuke professionele sportcoach die met passie diverse lessen heeft verzorgd. Hij is een vriendelijke man die erg betrokken en motiverend is. Hij heeft oog voor een ieder en kan goed met jong en oud omgaan. Sarah is een lieve meid die veel liefde en geduld heeft met kinderen en jeugd. Zij benaderde de kinderen heel positief. Zij heeft leuke activiteiten aangeboden op het gebied van creativiteit, spel en dans. Dankzij hen hebben wij een extra leuke vakantie gehad. Heel erg bedankt. Een puntje voor de camping: De regel: na 23.00 uur moet de muziek en het communiceren zachter, werd helaas niet altijd aan voldaan. Hier werd vanuit de camping onvoldoende op gehandhaafd. We arrived at about 18:00, last friday, and the restaurant was full booked. We only had the chanche for ordering take-Away. No problem (we thaught) It was half an hour later as planned (19:30 instead of 19:00). We ordered the cheeseburger with fries. Once we arrived back at the campsite the fries where missing so i had to walk back to restaurant. The burger was burned, the Bread was dry and there was no cheese on the cheeseburger. For that amount of money it was a dissapointment. We were not really happy with this experience. Besides this it was nice staying on your campsite.

Wonderful welcome. We loved the kareoke and the aqua aerobics. Incredible enthusiasm from the sports coach. The kids loved the pool slide and aqua parc. Very friendly helpful staff.

Overall the experience was excellent, the facilities are all clean and in good condition, the staff are friendly, welcoming and responsive to any needs. There was an issue with one of our beds where the slats were broken on arrival and had previously been taped up rather than replaced and these then broke again during our stay but I would not say this inconvenienced us in any way and it may have been a previous customer that did this an taped it up rather than reporting it. I reported this to reception on departure so this could be corrected. An improvement that could be made would be to open the bar in the mornings so there would be the option of having a coffee or tea on the terrace with pastries from the shop overlooking the lake. Or an alternative would be a coffee wagon similar to the crepe wagon that could be put out on the terrace to entice people to buy some as they are passing to get their ordered pastries.

The house was not very clean, such as a lot of spiderwebs and outdatet. The deposit was very high compared to the amount of rent of the accommodation. The accommodation has no airconditioning. When we arrived all windows and shutters were open, with 36 degrees outside and inside even more. I received to many e-mails before our stay. A few mails counted back to the first date of arrival but that was not the right date. This was very confusioning. The pizza’s at the restaurant were served burned and black.

Small plots not properly divided, ours was quite dirty as could see cigarette ends and bits of litter, site was simply too busy and packed in like sardines. Our welcome was average although we were told restaurant fully booked, no bakery all weekend as its a bank holiday. Shop had limited basics (no milk or eggs!) so we had to inmediately leave the site to find a supermarket. Pool area was tiny and rammed the entire time so we didn’t bother. Ordered takeaway pizza from the bar one evening and the staff made us feel like we were a real annoyance. Overall I feel we paid a premium for a site with a pool, a restaurant, services like bakery, a shop and yet none of these could really be used or enjoyed by us. Rates as one of our worst campsite choices to be honest.

Camping is prima en de accommodatie was netjes en schoon. De airco werkte aardig al had die er wel moeite mee toen het zo warm was. Het zwembad is leuk maar erg klein voor de hoeveelheid gasten en er waren te weinig stoelen / ligbedjes, zeker met een parasol. Op de site zou best wel vermeld mogen worden dat er in de omgeving nauwelijks wat te ondernemen is en dat het een nogal flinke klim / afdaling is van en naar het meer.

1)The evening proram of music was too loud. Little children were bothered by the noise in their early sleep. When the music scene would be directed towards the lake instead of the camping would make a lot of difference. 2) Too fast driving by camp members and staff ! Very unsafe for playing kids. Speed regulation requiered! 3) Too little play fascilities for children under 6 years. Tip: sandbox and climbing frame for toddlers

Prive sanitair wat heel compleet met een keukentje en mooie badkamer. Let wel op met je pannen dat de kookplaat inductie is. Er zou wel nog een afvalinzamelpunt moeten zijn aan de andere kant van de camping. Wij zaten op de maximale afstand van de afval inzameling en met 37 graden was dat een fikse afstand met ons afval. De opening voor de bac de tri was erg klein waardoor je daar met je afvalzak voor bac de tri alles met de hand uit de zak in de afvalbak moest doen.

Our pitch (54) was very small, we added the dimension of our caravan in the reservation( 7,5m x 2,5m) and still we got a spot on a lane that was just weight enough to go trough. We scratched our caravan with the shrubs that where overhanging the narrow lane.

Das nächste Mal hätten wir gerne ein Mobilhome mit Seeblick. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein, wir waren am Sportplatz- da war es immer wieder abends laut, irgendwelche Parties im Pavillion am Sportplatz.. An der Kinderanimation konnten unsere Kinder nicht teilnehmen, da sie niemanden verstehen konnten, das war schade somit konnten wir dennBereich garnicht nutzen. Ich fand das Mobil ansich sehr schön und grundsätzlich den Platz sauber und gepflegt, bis auf das Indoorschwimmbad, die Sauna und das Restaurant. Es gab schöne Konzerte abends, allerdings war das Smbiente nicht so gemütlich. Vor der Bühne haben die Leute direkt gegessen und waren eher unaufmerksam und beschäftigt, vor der Bar und im schönen freisitz wsr der Sound nicht gut und man hat nichts gesehen. Ich würde die Situation umdrehen und bei Konzeten vorbe Eher Stuhlen und Strhtische ubd die Sitztidchr vom Restaurant eher hinüber stellen Richtung Bar.

Unser Stellplatz war groß genug, wir waren für eine Nacht auf dem Campingplatz. Wir befanden uns auf der Heimreise. Leider war die Musik von der Animation noch sehr lange zu hören. Ab 0:00 Uhr sollte spätestens Schluß sein! Für einen 5-Sterne Campingplatz erwarte ich deutlich saubere und nicht so veraltete Sanitäranlagen! In diesem Bereich sollte man sofort etwas unternehmen!

We had to wait very long for the food at the restaurant, nobody asked if we would like to drink something. Salt and pepper was totally empty (it was placed empty on the table). The staff was not competent for the restaurant. The food was good.

We had a good holiday and the camp site was very good. We also rented a chalet the chalet was good but a little bit old the bathroom was for disabled people. But our stay was perfect i liked the camping.

Sanitäranlagen teilweise dauerhaft defekt und schmutzig, Spülknöpfe, Duscharmaturen, Pissoir, Reinigung teilweise ungend Sauna wohl schon seit Montan außer Betrieb, Personal im Restaurant, der Bar, Eis / Crepes Verkauf und im Shop zu langsam, zu unaufmerksam, zu wenig Erfahrung, Sirlon Steak zäh und sehnig, 1 Euro Aufpreis für eine Schachtel zum Mitnehmen eine Pizza die wir bezahlt haben, das it frech. Das der See so einen weiten Laufweg hat war der Beschreibung nicht zu entnehmen, Personal fuhr mit den Elektrowagen viel zu schnell auf einem Platz mit vielen Kleinkindern, Kinderanimateurin kümmert sich nicht um die Kinder, gutes musikalische Abendprogramm, gutes Angebot an Unternehmungen auf dem Platz, schöne Seeterrasse, schöner Blick, schöner Stellplatz im Schatten eines Baumes,

Da wir nur 1 Nacht zum Zwischenstopp da waren, können wir nur grob bewerten. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Toller Blick auf den See und sehr ruhig gelegen. Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Sanitäranlagen hätten sauberer sein können. Und eine Dusche pro Gebäude ist zu wenig. Der Pool ist in Ordnung, nur etwas klein. Der Campingplatz an sich was sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir würden für einen Zwischenstopp nochmal kommen, aber der Preis ist dafür zu hoch. (88 Euro).
