The toilet and shower block need a deep clean. I can’t imagine they have been cleaned for a long time. There was a lady with gloves on in the toilet block but I can’t believe they were cleaned. There was actually a weed growing through the floor on the first shower and Husband actually wiped one of the walls with tissue and could get the grease off. We stayed last year and hoped it had changed but it hadn’t. When in the shower I could actually rub the dirt on the floor eith my toe, We started using the toilet next to the pool.

Very good location and facilities, friendly animation and bar/restaurant staff, great massage service (Filomena is the best!) and also nice afro braide service. The only negative point is the poor customer service from reception staff: a few days before arrival I wrote to specifically ask if bed linen was provided and I was confirmed it was included in my reservation. To my surprise, there were none and when I asked for it, the receptionist told me I was given a wrong information and I could rent it instead. Even if it was your mistake, it was my problem... which is unacceptable.
