BILINGUAL\/TRILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST<\/h2>\n

JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong> We are looking for a Bilingual\/Trilingual Receptionist to join our team and welcome and assist our guests at our campsite. RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong> Reporting to your immediate supervisor, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Greet guests on the phone and at the front desk, and introduce them to the campsite and its amenities.<\/li>\n
  • Respond effectively to guests’ requests during their stay.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure that departures take place under the right conditions.<\/li>\n
  • Manage reservations and handle customer accounts.<\/li>\n
  • Collect payment for stays and handle daily cash register accounting.<\/li>\n
  • Provide tourists with information about local attractions and practical details.<\/li>\n
  • Track and log incidents, requests, and complaints in coordination with other departments.<\/li>\n
  • Respond to requests for information by phone or email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    DESIRED PROFILE<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Skills: Proficiency in English (bilingual) and a third language (trilingual) is preferred.<\/li>\n
    • Skills: Ability to manage customer relationships, administrative follow-up on customer accounts, knowledge of the tourism industry.<\/li>\n
    • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service skills, a welcoming and courteous demeanor, diplomacy, empathy, energy, punctuality, and a professional appearance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • Compensation: Pay scale under the HPA Collective Bargaining Agreement (IDCC: 1631)<\/li>\n
