No need to go very far to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the coast with a large, beautiful white sand beach only 700 m from the campsite. Saint-Girons-Plage is a pretty seaside resort town with many shops and amenities.
You can safely swim in monitored swimming areas in the ocean. Children can play in the sand while adults enjoy the sun at the water’s edge.
If you like water sports, surfing is a must on the Atlantic coast!
Near our campsite you can explore the Courant d’Huchet and the Courant d’Huchet Nature Reserve, one of the most beautiful natural gems of the region: a magnificent waterway between Lake Léon and the Atlantic Ocean with incredible flora and fauna.
Surrounded by lush nature, there are countless ways for you to enjoy the great outdoors: hiking, biking on the numerous trails in the region including the famous Vélodysée, a boat ride down the Leyre River or one of the many lakes in the Landes: Lake Léon, Lake Cazaux-Sanguinet, Lake Parentis-Biscarrosse, etc.
